Why reinvent the flange? Because we saw an opportunity to create something better!
Our flanges feature a 1/2” flange body with a total thickness of 1” including the neck. The shape of the flange creates a flange that doesn’t warp when you weld it. It also welds much easier than a standard flange on a lower power setting. The key to this design is that you are welding material with much similar thicknesses. This makes weld penetration easier to control and puts less heat into the body of the flange. Overall this flange saves you time and increases the quality of your fabrications.
